The SPPS ACHIEVES Strategic Plan lays out the roadmap for an intentional journey the district must take. K12 Insight is excited to share with you ways in which over 400 school districts across the country are supplementing this journey by focusing on their culture and identifying clear indicators of progress.

An intentional focus on Cx is not something new or one more thing beyond the Objectives in the Strategic Plan. Rather, it is a perfectly aligned way to wrap around and hold together the identified focus areas of Positive District and School Culture, Effective and Culturally Relevant Instruction, Evaluate and Allocate Resources, College and Career Paths and Family, and Community Instruction.
